Our Mission Statement - SISG aim to provide a unique free practical and support service for hearing impaired elderly individuals throughout Ayrshire; to help improve their quality of live and bring them out of isolation.

What we did in 2009 ...

  • 7,944 visits to hearing impaired people
  • 3,041 individuals helped
  • Serviced hearing aids within:
    · 33 Nursing Homes
    · 31 Sheltered Housing Complexes
    · 206 visits to House bound individuals
    · 4 Staffed Drop-In Centres
    · 2 Volunteer run Drop-In Centres.

... 2009 was our busiest yet!
